Tigres will pay tribute to Miguel Cabrera for his 500 MLB home runs

The Detroit Tigers will honor Venezuelan Miguel Cabrera on Friday, who joined the 500 home run club in the Major Leagues a few weeks ago.

The Bengals reported that Cabrera will be honored at a ceremony in which his family will also be present before the game against the Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park, ESPN explained.

The journalist Enrique Rojas explained that the first 10,000 fans who arrive at the stadium will receive a cover, in which the Venezuelan can be seen hitting his 500th home run in the Major Leagues.

“We are thrilled that the best baseball fans have the opportunity to celebrate Miguel Cabrera joining the iconic 500 home run club to kick off the fan appreciation weekend,” said Ellen Hill Zeringue, vice president of marketing for the Tigers
